Ciao!
I’m Giulia Tomai, a freelance illustrator based in Rome, Italy, where I was born in 1990.
I studied Illustration at the European Institute of Design (IED) and after graduating, I founded Studio Pilar, a creative studio, with three of my illustration classmates.
I’m working mostly for picture books and covers, and sometimes for editorial or commercial projects.
I’m teaching illustration at IED Rome.
